We would like to invite your school to participate in our 2-day STEM program "Bright Future Cup - A Soccer Robot Design Program". This program offers a new way for S.1 to 3 students to experience design thinking and quick prototyping by building their own team of soccer robots and competing with other participating teams. Details of the program are as below:
Date: 8 & 9 August 2022 (Mon & Tue) (2 Days)
Time: 9 am - 5 pm
Venue: Room 1002, USEL lab, 1/F, Cheng Yu Tung Building, HKUST
Target: S1 - 3 students
Quota: 4 schools (Each school can nominate 5 - 6 students to form a team)
Medium of instruction: Cantonese supplemented with English materials
Fee: Free of charge

Notes
If the quotas are exceeded, allocation of places will be determined by drawing lots. Application result will be confirmed and informed to schools by email individually.
To ensure that all participant students will be in a safe environment in HKUST campus for STEM activities, they should fulfil the vaccination requirement imposed by the Government by receiving
(i) at least THREE doses of vaccine OR
(ii) TWO doses of vaccine and 6 months has NOT been passed since the second dose OR
(iii) Test report with medical reasons / exemptions granted
